How pricing works
Prices show on the booking page when you choose a time. These are the things that set them.
The service you pick, the length and shape of your nails, how much color or art you want, and whether Massiel is taking off someone else's work first.

What the consultation covers
For a set or a design, text Massiel a picture of what you like. She answers with the length, the shape and the time it needs before the day, and the booking page shows the price for that service.
Deposits
Appointments are held with a deposit when you book. It goes toward your service, and the booking page shows the amount. Add-ons and removal don't need their own.
Canceling or running late
Tell Massiel 24 hours ahead if you need to move your time, so it can go to someone else. Running late? You have 10 minutes. After that your service may be shortened, or moved to another day.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A French tip, a bit of art or a hand massage can be added at the table. Massiel tells you the time and the price before she starts, and nothing is added without your yes.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one by card or in cash when your service is done.
